Comprehensively, it explores the intersection of three dimensions of ethics with insight into business morality, the congruence model and the corporate culture. The course also explains the CSR model for business that helps a company be socially accountable to itself and its stakeholders.

With an MBA from a top European school like Warwick and over thirty-two years of administrative experience with the public and quasi-public sector organizations, Mr. Chaudry has an excellent grounding in human resource management, general administration and capacity building. During a teaching career in academia he has amalgamated cutting edge theory with real-time cases carrying both an international as well as a local flavor for teaching and training purposes. His Business School prowess stretches over NUST, FAST, Bahria, Islamic University and what have you. His consulting/training experience includes but is not limited to work for Pakistan Telecom Corporation, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and the nation’s largest Micro Finance Bank under the auspices of USAID/Shorebank. Over the last three decades Mr. Chaudry, has worked with the Ark Consulting Group, Pakistan Audit Department, World Bank and USAID funded projects in the education, banking, and power sectors. His affiliations with the HEC, NPA, and PIPS are well known. Other major clients include NHA etc. Since 2001, Mr. Chaudry has his own Training and Consulting practice titled Aspire Training and Consulting Pakistan, duly incorporated with SECP and FBR. Areas of excellence for Mr. Chaudry are centered on Soft Skills where his work speaks for itself. His consulting experience encompasses raising the entire HR architecture in significant nation building organizations. Since long Mr. Chaudry is a member of the National Mirror Committee (NMC) set up to construct HR Standards for Corporate Pakistan. The said Forum operates under the auspices of PSQCA and is led by Mr. Zahid Mubarak (GPHR). Since 2022, other badges of distinction earned include training contracts for NADRA Multan and the Chashma Power Project.
