The course is designed to introduce young professionals with the definitions and importance of ethics in a corporate environment which will encompass it's play not only in internal matters and policies of the business but in the role that it takes in society.
Comprehensively, it explores the intersection of three dimensions of ethics with insight into business morality, the congruence model and the corporate culture. The course also explains the CSR model for business that helps a company be socially accountable to itself and its stakeholders.
Young professionals will be able to gain practical takeaways from the course in understanding and dealing with ethical dilemmas that can be identified in the organization and dealt with accordingly. Particularly the matters of employee privacy, power harassment, sexual harassment and diversity and inclusion will be thoroughly discussed.
Finally it addresses professionalism within the context of the company and teams. In-depth insight in to Transactional Contracts and Management from the Middle ensues a transformation of professionalism from a personal need to a company need.
