1. Access to Courses
1.1 Upon successful completion of the
payment process, users will receive an email with their login credentials and
access details for the purchased course(s).
1.2 The standard delivery timeline for access credentials is 24 to 48 hours
after payment confirmation. Any delays beyond this period will be communicated
promptly via email.
2. Mode of Delivery
2.1 Courses are delivered exclusively
through the NUST Connected online platform i.e www.connected.nust.edu.pk.
Users must have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access
the materials.
2.2 No physical materials, such as textbooks or USB drives, will be provided
unless explicitly stated in the course description.
3. Limitations on Access
3.1 Course access is granted to the
individual who has enrolled and completed the payment. Sharing login
credentials or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited and may
result in account suspension or termination.
3.2 Access to the course materials is typically granted for a specific
duration. Users are advised to complete the course within the allotted
timeframe.
4. Technical Support
4.1 If users encounter technical
issues while accessing courses, they may contact NUST Connected's support team
via info@connected.nust.edu.pk.
4.2 Support requests will be addressed promptly, typically within 24 to 72
hours, depending on the complexity of the issue.
5. Delivery Timeline Exceptions
5.1 While the standard delivery
timeline for course access credentials is 24 to 48 hours, delays may occur due
to unforeseen circumstances such as payment gateway issues, high transaction
volumes, or technical glitches.
5.2 Users experiencing delivery delays are advised to contact NUST Connected’s
support team promptly. A resolution timeline will be provided within 24 hours
of the query being raised.
6. Multi-Course Enrollments
6.1 Users can enroll in multiple
courses simultaneously with same access credentials for each course to ensure
seamless navigation and organization.
6.2 In rare instances, access credentials for one or more courses may be
delayed. Users should verify their spam/junk folders before raising a support
ticket.
7. International Enrollments
7.1 International students are
welcomed to join the platform but should ensure their internet and payment
methods are compatible with the platform's requirements.
7.2 Time zone differences may impact the immediate receipt of credentials. In
such cases, users are requested to allow an additional 24 hours before contacting
support.
8. Failed or Incomplete Payments
8.1 If a payment fails due to
technical errors or is left incomplete, course access credentials will not be
issued.
8.2 Users are advised to confirm the payment status through their bank or
payment gateway and retry the transaction. For persistent issues, contacting
support is recommended.
8.3 In cases where a payment is deducted without access credentials being
issued, the issue will be investigated, and access will be granted within three
business days upon verification.
9. Course Revisions and Updates
9.1 NUST Connected reserves the right
to update or revise course content to ensure it aligns with the latest industry
standards and academic advancements.
9.2 Users enrolled in self-paced courses may access updated materials
automatically, while those in cohort-based courses may receive separate
notifications about revisions.
10. Temporary Suspension of Access
10.1 Access to courses may be
temporarily suspended for maintenance, platform updates, or technical
troubleshooting.
10.2 Users will be notified of planned suspensions in advance, and every effort
will be made to minimize disruption.
