Dr. Zunaira Saqib
With over 17 years of experience in HR consulting and training, Dr. Saqib is a seasoned professional who has worked with national and international clients across various sectors and industries. She is the founder of Merafuture.pk and Career Wonders, Pakistan's first and only AI-based career counselling company and a complete HR solutions provider, respectively. Through her ventures, she aims to empower students, professionals, and organizations to discover and pursue their optimal career paths, education fields, and degrees, as well as to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity. She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Leicester, UK, and an MA in HRD and Consulting from Lancaster University, UK. She has also completed multiple courses and certificates from The Wharton School and HRCI, and has over 20 publications, including multiple Harvard cases.
